Do you find it difficult to find people committed to your business? I hear this all the time, ceo after ceo says, it is so hard to find good people. I would like to get your help on understanding "committed people" more.

To find committment you must commit yourself first and you must have a cause worth committing to.  Most people who complain about not finding good people are actually lazy themselves.  you can read more here:
