Is Junk food same as Fast food.  There is a big difference between junk and fast food.

 

Junk food is normally pizza, burgers, chocolates or anything else that has simple sugars or simple carbohydrates and high in calories.

Fast food : although lots of fast foods are high in calories but the main definition of the fast food is where you don't have to weight long for your food. These days most fast food chains offer healthy alternatives like salad, grill chicken etc.
