Possible to get a Loan with high family income?

hello.

I am from CA I am planning to go to Univ. of Nevada: Las Vegas.

But, my parents' income is 135k. After some 39 K in taxes.

The out of state incl. dorm and tuition estimate comes to 30K.

The problem we only moved to the US in the last 3 1/2 years we don't have that much saved.

I did the FAFSA this week, is it possible to anything from the Fed. Gov?

Or will my parents have to take out a loan to finance this.

I want to go to UNLV because of the Criminal Justice program.

The EFC was 40k when I filed the fafsa.
