Sweet potatoes and getting pregnant with twins?

My sister in law is on a "sweet potato diet" because she wants to get pregnant with twins and read that there is a tribe in Africa that their diet is primarily sweet potatoes and they always have twins. Actually she read that it's rare there that someone get's pregnant with just one kid. Anyone ever heard of this and actually seen it work?

Actually you might want to warn her that Excessive amounts of vitamin A, found in large quantities in sweet potatoes, can cause miscarriage, birth defects and other serious problems during pregnancy...just in case she were to get pregnant too many can be harmful. best wishes.
