What types of boss says it is hard to find good committed employees?

I want to find some kind of trend behind a boss who always complains about employees.

Those who think it is hard to find good people normally have this routine. Tomorrow is Monday. Alarm will sound soon. And after a huge yawn, five more minutes and I will get up. They tuck their head under the covers taking advantage of the last remnants of sleep. Finally they get up, grab the bleary eyes of apathy. Walk to the bathroom half asleep. Jump in the hot shower. wash teeth in slow motion, looking in the mirror with a scowl. Then they get dressed, have breakfast as usual and leave home in a hurry.

Nine out of ten managers believe difficult to find people committed to your project.

Most will take the public transport. Almost all at the same time. Crowded, we 'll look at each other without saying a word. And every weekday, will see the same faces long, so full of resignation, fatigue and even sadness. Each engrossed in our things, which all generates a perfect silence. If we have the opportunity to distract them with some other free newspaper. Maybe mechanically go over the agenda. Or we entertain playing with mobile phone.

Meanwhile, the rest remain trapped in the middle of a traffic jam. Drowned by the smoke from the exhaust pipes and the irritating noise of horns, as an antidote radio will not give in to impatience. After droping the children to school hardly on time, we will hurry to reach our specific job.

Go into the office in a hurry, don’t have any clue or greet the staff working at the front desk. Mondays usually not in the mood to swap the usual polite questions. And once in our office, leave our stuff on the desk and turn on the computer reluctantly. Like every Monday, we will approach one of our partners to ask the usual question :” How was your weekend” And as if it were a déjà vu, we will answer the same answer as always:” Short, what about yours?”

After talking a little of this and that, we will begin our workday browsing through our email.  This is what a normal boss does. When his own day starts like this, it is much easier to blame everything on the rest.  These are the types of people who always complain about not finding good people.  You attract what you are.  If you want good people, try leading by example.
