Im from Venezuela,i bougth one pair of boot from england, seller posted by Royal mail, atleast two weekes ago, Seller toldme that it reach in 2 weeks almost, the track from the beginig say: Your item, posted on 18/06/08 with reference AXXXXXXXXBC has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in VENEZUELA. What must it say when is nearly to my house, im mean reach to caracas venezuela where i am? what is the message wich must show now?.

did you buy from a good company or private such as ebay.

the reference you show is not a royal mail number...as an example AA123456789GB is what the ref number should look like,,,

www.royal mail.com has its own web site and you can check parcels with their Tracker service,

that ref is certainly false its not a british one,,,hope that helps

Looks to me like he Royal Mail did their job and sent it to Venezuela - you need to contact your local postal service in Venzuela to find out what happens to the boots now

It's out of the Royal Mail's hands now, they've passed it on to the postal service in Venezuela.  The message on their site won't update any further, you need to investigate what arrangements there are in your country for tracking parcels.
