  1. Yes a couple of times. It was cool but I really would rather not do it too often. :)

  2. in my swimming class it was scary

  3. yes, I have it was a tall male figure.

if you are seeing a ghost. that's fine.

most are harmless. if there is movment around alot. odds are its a poltergiest. search on google and look up

"Paranormal help in ____" where you live. if that's what your looking for.

  4. I've never seen one but I have had a few paranormal experiences as of late. A while back I came home from D.C. and was sitting in the living room when I heard the baby monitor click on and heard a baby laughing. My baby sister wasn't even in the same level of the boat though ( I live on a really big house boat ). The next morning I went up to my car to find it completely covered in coarse ash. There wasn't ash on anything else though. After that the electricity at the dock has been on the fritz. ( :

  5. Oh my, but yes I have. One time I was sitting here in the dark and I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I turned and by jove, it shimmered and took form. It was a little girl. Now she's lived here for many yrs and I'm not one to really believe in ghosts, but there she stood as plain as day. LOL

  6. It was the summer between my Junior and Senior year. My parents had bought a home, an older house, two stories, big old place. Do you remember seeing those old movies with the steamboats where the captain would blow in a tube and it would whistle down in the engine room? That tube was the first 'intercom' system. This house was so old, that it had one of these built into it. The house was built in the early 1800's by an old sea captain.

So while we were in the process of moving, I spent the nights at the new house while my parents and baby sister stayed at the old place. The first night, I was a little spooked, the old house made lots of pops and creaks as the wood cooled in the evening. But that's all I considered it to be and just put on my radio and read a book at night. I think it was the third night there when all that changed.

I was almost asleep, it was about 11 o'clock, when I heard a loud bang down stairs like someone had just dropped something in the kitchen. I figured it was a mouse or a rat or something and went downstairs carrying my baseball bat just in case. I stepped into the kitchen and on the floor was my Dad's flashlight. It was on and shining on the wall where the refrigerator was going to go. I don't know what drew my eye to it, but there was something sticking out between one of the boards. I flipped on the light to the kitchen, picked up the flashlight and went over to look at the wall. About three feet up from the floor was a leather tab sticking out. I pulled on it to see what it was. It came out about an inch, something clicked and the wall opened! There was a dark narrow passage leading down.

I was thinking I had maybe found a bootlegger's hideout or something and headed down the creaky stairs, bat and flashlight in hand. The darkness was so deep it seemed to swallow the flashlight beam. At the bottom of the stairs I looked around, except for a couple old crates the room was empty. In one corner, there was a faint glow, it disappeared as I shown a light on it. I turned off my flashlight and let my eyes adjust to the dark. As they got used to the dark, I could make out the glow again. As I watched it, I realized it was taking form. In a minute or so I could make out the form of a woman dressed in turn of the century clothing. She looked at me, I could actually make out her mouth moving, but couldn't hear anything. It looked as though she was pleading with me, or someone. She would say something and then point at the wall in the corner, over and over, I swear she looked like she was crying. I turned my flashlight on, nearly blinding myself after the total darkness and went to the corner where I had seen her pointing. One of the boards there was darker than the others, it had a wet polished look to it compared to the dried gray boards surrounding the rest of the cellar.

I carried a pocketknife with me all the time and having fallen asleep still dressed, it was in my pocket. I pulled it out, unfolded the screwdriver blade and started prying the board loose. It was held in place by old rusty square nails. It took a little effort, but I was able to get the board off. Behind it was an opening, inside that was a small iron box. I had just pulled it out when I was startled by a crash in the kitchen. I grabbed the box and went up the stairs as quickly as I could. On the kitchen floor was a broken canister of flour. The floor was covered with flour! What a mess, then something happened that still freaks me out to this day, footprints appeared in the flour leading away from the kitchen and out to the living room to the front door! I cleaned up the kitchen and finally went to my room to try to sleep again.

When my dad showed up the next day, I showed him the room, but didn't tell him about the ghostly lady down there. He nailed the room shut, so my sister wouldn't fall down the steps by accident and they eventually moved the fridge in front of it. They lived there for many years and never mentioned anything strange about the place. I moved out a year later when I went to college. I never saw the lady again, never had any other experiences like that.

  7. My Mum  used to run an old village pub and I always felt like I was being watched late at night so I took pictures one night when all the doors were locked and the staff that were still in were sat along the bar on stools. when I later looked at the pics there was someone slumped over the table that was empty!!!!

Also my daughter toy rolled across the floor on its own one night in front of my partner and I!!!.

I also seen a little boy standing at my mother in laws back door late at night looking in???

I have also seen what i can describe as a long white flowing gown that was glowing bright white it had a bright aura around it.

  8. surprisingly i've seen quite a alot. mostly in my old house. But some in my new house. They look like dark shadows, and they appear like people I know. pretty creepy.

  9. Yes, I've seen ghosts.

  10. No, never

  11. Yes, I've seen a few in my time.  Once I saw a ghost and I wasn't the only one who had seen it.  Me and this one guy I lived with gasped at the same time and looked at each other.  Was quite frightening!  I've also seen my dad sitting at the foot of my bed, saw a person rolling around on my bedroom floor, saw a person sitting above me with no eyes...gah, and so many more.

  12. LOL why on earth do you think this is in mythology? ghosts do NOT exist and as such no one has seen one

Any so called paranormal event is normally our mind playing tricks on us or an over active imagination

  13. I don't know, have you? we could be seeing ghosts all the time, after all, are they going to introduce themselves. My son and his wife was on holiday in an old cottage in Wales, and they swear that they saw a ghost, and they have no reason to lie to me about it, the following day each of them wrote a note  to each other what they had seen, and I am certain they saw a ghost.

  14. no...i think

  15. i friggen want to

i want to believe in ghosts

  16. I have video footage of several ghosts, and that is pretty hard to claim as an active imagination when it's looking right at you on film and doesn't change no matter how many times you watch it. and i don't mean shadows. it was as if a real person was standing there. creepy.

  17. no have you? i've always wanted to haha

  18. yes loads

and one my friend and both saw at the same moment
