ok, I've answered this question before....DERMABLEND. It's what all the drag queens use to cover stubble. Not to mention....it's WATERPROOF. You know, queens sweat like warthogs under those lights.

or wear a dark colored shirt. red, dark green, navy blue, black... because when the others get wet you can see right thru and can see the tattoo
