I live in Arkansas and I married me a hot red-headed Arkansas woman, so nearly everything we eat is battered and fried...and I love it.

She made mexican food last night, enchiladas and tacos...it was fabulous.

She also makes a kick-a$$ lasagne.

I'm from Houston, TX, living in Europe, and we're probably the only house on our block (or our city) that has home made Mexican food.  I'm half Mexican so I always cook with spices and peppers and cumin and cilantro.  Mmm.

I'm from Romania and I cook Arabic food very often. I think it is both healthy and very tasty.

I'm in the cold state of MIchigan USA...

I usually cook Italian... or is it Greek? lol  I'm a spaghetti person, myself; using lots of herbs and spices (not hot tho lol)
