Love you Hello. I would like to try finally to lose weight and wanted to ask you how much can i lose when I swim twice a week and do 30 min jog per day. I am 168 cm and 82, kg heavy (22 year old and female) can anyone tell me how much I could lose from this plan in about 2 months? I appreciate any urgent reply. I want to be at 70kg so in a nutshell, i want to lose 12kg swimming and jogging.
