  5. You can&#039;t solve it.  There is nothing to solve for.  There should be a variable in the equation, unless it&#039;s true or false.  In that case, it would be false because that is negative 42.  Negative 42 is much smaller than negative 0.70.

    0.7 is the percent of games the Leafs lose this season. (70%)

    42 is almost how many years it has been since the Leafs won the Cup.

    Since the Leafs were better 42 years ago then they are now, 42 is greater, therefor it is true.
