02 lend us a quid help?

today by mistake when i was calling 4444 i heard abut lend us a quid but by mistake accepted it what happens if i throw my sim away?

P.P instead what can i do

If you threw you're sim away, all it would mean is when u put it back into a phone with credit on. they would take how ever much you owed to them.

I dont think there is away of resolving it now you have pressed it, ur just unlucky and will have to pay a pound.

all i suggest is be more careful man haha

The T&C's of Lend Us a Quid are that you have 7 days to pay the £1 back, and if you don't pay it back within those 7 days, O2 charge you 25p. So next time you top up, they'll take back £1.25 from your credit instead of £1. I've used the Lend Us a Quid and didn't pay it back til like 2/3months later, they took £1.25 off my credit when I topped up. I'm not sure what would happen if you throw your sim away, but why would you want to get rid of it anyway? Just wait til you top up again and O2 will take the £1 back... But if you did chuck the sim away, I can't really see anything major happening like O2 contacting you to claim their £1 back off you or something lol (if you'd registered the sim)... I could be wrong though.
