02 top up help please?

my phone loud speaker is not working but i have a £10 top up voucher how can i top up if i dial 4444 but i cant hear the instructions example press 1 to top up press 2 to top up using a voucher could someone give me correct instructions want to top up as i might lose the voucher please could somebody help

Just press (0) ask the ooperator the handle ur transaction.

dont use the loud speaker then. when i used to have a payg i managed to top it up without using it.
