  1. start 1.5 turns out from seated on both jets then at full throttle adjust the high jet until you reach the highest RPM possible.  Now maintaining full throttle s***w the high jet back in until you just hear the RPM's drop off.  Adjust the idle s***w until you are able to get the engine to run without pressing the throttle (you may have to give it gas adjust let go give it gas adjust let it go etc until you get it right).


  2. 1 exact turn on both screws,if it doesn't run on that setting then the carb has a problem,your allowed 1/4 of a turn either way to correct the running of it,anything over that and it will need the carb repaired on it,i own one of those and a 2.5,there good saws,good luck.
