03 Toyota Camry?

I'm looking to see whats the best after market deck, and speakers i can buy to replace the stock stuff.

I looked up that my speakers are 6x9

All depends on what you are looking to spend. My favorite brands for car decks are Alpine as well as Eclipse (fujitsu ten company). Both make top notch products but are a bit spendy. Pioneer makes a solid head unit, as does kenwood and both have offerings at a more down to earth price range, it really depends on what you are looking to spend.

As far as speakers go, assuming you are just looking to replace the head unit and speakers and no amp, I would say Jl TR series, JBL Grand Touring series. Boston Acoustics also has some goof offerings, as does MBQuart. The Alpine Type S line would also go nicely with the power put out by a head units built in amp. Those would be my top choices as far as Sound quality goes, keeping the prices reasonable. Any of the Brands can be found for 100-150$ if you shop around.

If your looking for something a little cheaper, Memphis PR series are decent, pretty clear and usually found for just shy of 100$. Kicker makes some speakers that you can usually pick up for less than 100$ that really put out. Infinity speakers as mentioned, run at 2 ohms, which is something you need to look into to see if your head unit is 2 ohm stable, as most speakers are 4 ohms.

I dont really like kenwoods speaker offerings, at least not the 6.5"s I have listened to.

it depends what your goals are.  I've always been happy with Infinity reference series.  They're inexpensive but the materials that the components use are of good quality.  No matter what you get I would use a crossover to eliminate any of the low bass frequencies.  This will help them sound a lot better.  

Again the deck is more a personal preference as well.  Kenwood has some nice stuff out now that you might want to look at.
