Question:

04 Chevy Trailblazer daytime running lights aren't working....

The high beams come on, but the daytime or regular lights aren't working - thought it might be strange that both bulbs would be burnt out - the fuses don't look cracked or broken, any suggestions?

  1. The only way to make sure is to replace one of the 9006 bulbs for the low beams.Once one side burns out it sends extra power to the other side causing it to burn out quickly. If you install a new bulb and it works replace the other side and your done.In your under hood fuse panel you should find a fuse for the left and right side low beams. Please remove them and inspect if there blown. You will need to use your owners manual to remove the headlamp bulbs. It takes some time to replace them.Best of luck.

  2. YES BOTH BULBS COULD BE BURNT OUT.
