04 isuzu rodeo seatbelt?

Question

the middle seat belt in the rear will not close small enough for a car seat. am i doing something wrong or is it just not made for carseats and people under 120 pounds. i cant seem to get it to close more than half of the belt length. it has a plastic stopper on it. any imput will be greatly appriciated

It should close and what you might try doing is contacting the dealer and have the look at it because many seat belts and a very long warranty on them and if you want to try this before you go to the dealer just go to your local fire department and they will check it out for you, that is part of their job...
