06 Civic Si. what subs and size box?

Just curious as to what size box will power 2 12 in subs in my 06 honda Si. I already have a xplod 1,000 watt amp so just curious as 2 what brand sub and what size box

Or none. Your factory stereo equipment is sufficient.  A setup like you want, will cause your car to be obnoxiously loud.
