06 Suzuki Boulevard c50t blowing fuses?

My bike keeps blowing the fuse for the digital speedo and odometer group, which also is the same fuse for the brake light. I had added a second LED licence plate brake light and the fuse blew almost immediately, so put in a 15 amp to replace the 10 amp, no problems for over 3000 miles, about 3 months. Then blew again today, replaced it with a larger 20amp and it blew again within minutes. I have running lights and turn signals, the only thing not working is the brake light and the speedo/odo digital cluster. Is there maybe something other than the fuse being the problem?

There could be a short somewhere so you might want to check for a short anywhere in the wiring before you put too big of a fuse in, or it will blow the tail light or the speedo/odo before it blows the fuse.
