0905/01/09 psychic numbers etc are there any way of getting the geoghraphical numbers?

Is there a way of getting geographical numbers for 090 etc numbers e.g psychic lines. I know of say no to 0870 but that's no help for these numbers. Thanks

No, I don't believe so.  And, the telephone companies are not allowed to give out personal information.
