  1. Exit Code 0x80000003 means a break point encountered in the application.

    Break points are usually used by debuggers.

    The problem seems to be the software (application) but it may be OS (windows). Very rare chance of Hardware.

    This problem occurs if a program makes a request for memory with the MEM_TOP_DOWN flag set. A bad pointer may be returned, causing the error

    RESOLUTION

    To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows or  the individual software update.

    Try most recent software update. Be sure to take backup image (or snapshot of the partition) before you try. Don't take risk.
