I'm 13 and I play tennis, for endurance my coach makes us run a mile and a half non-stop for camp this summer. I did it 3 times, my first two were exactly 12:30 each time. and my most recent one was 11:38. Is this good and if you have anytips how to drop this even lower. I want to become a pro tennis player. All answers welcome, thanks for the tips.
