  1. Folks, that's one dollar, eleven and one half cents per liter.  It's no bargain, trust me...

  2. Im assuming thats canadian? Sounds like a bargain.

  3. To answer your question, yes, they are crazy.

At least your city is nice and clean.  You have that subway that's pretty nice, too, right?  Maybe you can take that instead?  But if I recall, it is nice there because you pay some pretty high taxes.  :-(

One of my top three favorite vacations was to Toronto.

  4. US and Canadian dollars are about the same these days.  However, remember that Canadian prices are in litres, so multiply by 3.78 to get price per US gallon.

  5. try vancouver bc , 121.9 per liter for regular

  6. Are you bragging or complaining? Your neighbors to the south pay three times that much, and our gallon is only about 80% as big as yours.

    EDIT EDIT EDIT

Oooops, my mistake!  Now I feel really silly.

I asked my own question about this, and found about selling by the liter. The last time I bought gas in Canada was in 1966. It was sold by the imperial gallon then.

  7. what is that in US currency?

  8. Not only that, but it looks like it's ready to spike way higher.  Stupid senators  hold meetings and talk but they don't do anything about it at all.  No laws are passed to protect the regular s*****k who has to drive to work and drive to the store, drive his kids to practice, drive his elderly parents to the doctor, etc.  What else can you do except save money to pay for it.
