1-130 forms?

any idea how long it takes for the sponsor to through once they have filled out the 1-130 forms for entry into the usa through family member[my son]

It depends on what visa classifcation your son would fall into. it can also be affected by your son's country of citizenship. If you are a US citizen and your son is under 21, it's an immediate relative petition and will be valid for use once it's approved. But, that can take up to a year or more. Otherwise, if your son is 21 or over or single or married he will fall into differenct classifications. If you are a legal permanent resident, it will be still another visa classification. Each would have a different answer.
