1/2 a day of light bleeding for the past three months could it be possible that I'm pregnant?

i'm cramping like if i'm going to have my period and am irregular, negative results on hpt but very bloated and my jeans don't fit, breast seem to be bigger but only have one ovary due to cysts and tumor removal even gaining weight

The only thing i can say is see  your GP for a blood test if your not sure ..best of luck
