1/4 Mile in California?

Question

Does anyone know a drag strip which is ALWAYS open just to drive in and race? I need to get my 1/4 time. But all the drag strips I know have events in 2-4 weeks.

I need one for right now, today. Is there nothing like Disney Land, where you can always get in, at anytime...

Legally...NOPE! Your best bet would be to wait for those events and show up! You dont want to risk an accident like your car being impounded by cops. The closest strip is in Pomona.

Illegally, every other street in downtown! HA! Just kidding!

What car do you have? It couldnt go that fast can it?
