1.5tn Airconditioner?

Please help me decide upon a 1.5tn AC for Very Hot & Humid climate. Should be corrosion free as I live by the Bay of Bengal?

All of the brands you mention would do a fine job but none are going to resist corrosion in an environment with a lot of salt (I am assuming salt but it could be any other corrosive as well).  No one makes a residential unit that is corrosion resistant.  10 years is about the average rated life span for most units so you are not doing all that bad.

That would depend on the size of your home and construction as well as how many windows and doors you may have.  1.5tn sounds awfully small - but again that all depends on factors you didnt give us in the question.
