how many horsepower does a 1.6 SOHC VTEC engine produce stock

Depends on the engine in it:

D16Z6 1.6L 125 hp

D16Y7 1.6L 106 hp

D16Y8 1.6L 127 hp

Edit: It's either the D16Z6 or the D16Y8, I don't think the D16Y7 came with Vtec.

That Del Sol is rated at 125 hp. The one the first answer was talking about was the DOHC VTEC model which was introduced in 1995 (oddly called the Del Sol VTEC since there was also a SOHC VTEC version like the one you're looking at). The 1993 you're looking at has the D16Z6.

About 127hp it depends on the year and the type of d16 aka 1.6l soch vtec engine... I have a 98 honda civic ex auto  with same engine and it has about 127hp...
