1-800 Contacts?

Has anyone ever ordered from there?

I put in an order a couple weeks ago (June 4th), and still havent gotten my contacts. I thought they said it would take 3-7 business days, and I got a confirmation email on the 5th saying my order had shipped....

does it always take this long? I'm on my last pair, and i'm paranoid about losing them....

I have always received mine from them very quickly.  I would call them if it doesn't arrive today and see if they can track it down.

Give them a call. If you sent it standard mail they wont be able to track it since the post office does not give tracking numbers for anything unless it is priority. But they can figure out if and when it is supposed to be there. And help you out from there. Their number is 1.800.266.8228. and they are open 24 hours a day. But if you need your contacts ASAP I would call them before 5:00 p.m. MST because that is when their shipping cut of time is, and if they need to get another order out to you, and you want it to go out tonight I would definitely call before then.

My daughter always gets her contacts from them and never had a problem. You should call them and give them the confirmation number and they should be able to track the order. If it was lost, they should ship you another order overnight at no expense to you. 2D
