1-999-999-9999 Phone Number?

Question

Me and my friend were playing. And all of the sudden, she got a phone call on her cellphone. On the caller ID, it said: 1-999-999-9999. Nothing about Unknown. She answered, she said Hello a bunch of times, no answer. All she heard was deep breathing. I've heard stuff about a death number, and it's somewhat near this number.

 i just got a call, and the guy sed: sorry, wrong number, and hung up.
