1. none of the above, if a ball is on the move you never stop and bend your knees, its called upperbody strength and never with stiff wrist and elbow if its a running passing shot.

depends on your grip but the index finger on the side is a BAD HABBIT. it destorys your muscle connection in your forearm and if done wrong can damadge your hand.

again depends on your grip you feel comfotable on your backhand, and what shot you want to take, slice,drop shot. flat,topsin,or underspin.

doesnt matter if there is a difference.

5.ahead of the wrist unless its a lateral topspin shot or chop.
