1. Downloaded and registered Quicken

Question

1. Downloaded and registered Quicken Deluxe 2008 but did not receive ID and password info that I have previously done with Quicken.2. Have done a download from bank on 2 accounts, then downloaded data from Quicken 2005 from my computer. Now unable to download data from bank and get message "Quicken was unable to setup online service for your accounts due to an error on Quicken server. Quicken team has been notified of error and working to resolve it. Try again later.
