scientific community; scientists widely agree that these explain the diversity of living organisms. 1. All the answers to your questions and comments are found in the movie, Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed.  I watched Flock of Dodos, why can't you ("open minded") people watch a documentary that goes against what you want to believe?

Here is a growing list of scientists who signed “A Scientific Dissent From Darwinism”: http://www.discovery.org/scripts/viewDB/...

  2. The valid scientific evidence is that I.D is not scientific. It doesn't  explain anything and is a creationist wedge strategy in an attempt to brainwash the children of the United States. Evolution states more than any theory in the history of mankind and has been subject to more scrutiny than anything else because of the reality that you realize with it: religion is not true, often detrimental and cannot predict anything. Evolution in humans is the basis for the innate moral values that we have and religion is a convolution of those values used to justify atrocities.

  3. ID isn't taught in science courses because, quite simply, it's not science. It's religion. ID is creationism with the word "god" replaced with "intelligent designer" or just "designer." It has absolutely no scientific proof or evidence (unlike evolution) and is not a valid scientific theory in any way.

The Supreme Court also stated that ID isn't a scientific theory and shouldn't be taught in public school science courses for reasons specified in this case: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitzmiller_...
