(2) What about when you cook foods, how do you know how many calories you have just cooked?
(3) When you cook food, does it 'burn' any calories away, when the chemical reaction occurs while you're cooking them? For example, there's 70 calories in one egg. Does that number decrease/increase when you fry it, boil it, etc?
