1. It takes over an hour to download 2 photos from my FlashTrax to my computer. My FlashTrax is a 40 GB model purchased on 3/3/04 and my computer has Win XP.Thinking an upgrade may resolve this problem, I've tried unsuccessfully to install an upgrade following the "FlashTrax Firmware Upgrade Notes" found on the Website. More specifically, I've twice supposedly downloaded the upgrade but have been unable to open either file. The files I've downloaded are: FTXUpgradeDownload.exe and FTXUpgradeDownload(2).exe.
