Question:

1 Long Beep & Blank Screen Then Starts Up....

I was starting my Acer 5715z laptop up this morning.My cat stepped on it as he walked by i think.It just gave a 1 long beep for about 10 seconds & then went to a blank screen but then started up normally.Is it anything to be worried about ?Please help
