  1. Absolutely NOT!  You do not provide sufficient details, but regardless, the US visa that was issued into the one passport was issued to you based on the assessment of you as a citizen of that country, including security issues and visa reciprocity rules, such as length of validity, and associated fees .  In addition, the visa itself is tied to that specific passport.   You will need to apply for a new visa for your other passport.

  2. your original passport may be renew wherever you live in a consulate of your country,where you are located, and the visa will stay within the old passport;both of them will be clipped together,

    which country do you belong to?

    why do you not come back to tell us which passport needs to be renewed and where you are located?

    i will come back;

  3. I'm surprised the embassy for Country One can't issue you a passport.

    I see another option for you- go to the US Consulate in Country Two where you live and also have a passport. Apply for a visa there.

    In order to be admitted, you need a valid passport and a valid visa. If you gave me a valid visa issued in Country One, but a passport from Country Two, I'd send you to secondary, where you'd get grilled on your ties to *any* country but the USA. And it's quite possible you'd get excluded.

    Best bet, apply for a visa in the country where you live and where you are gainfully employed.

    One more thought- call the airline you plan to use and ask them what are their requirements to board you.  They know the regs pretty well because if you get excluded, they foot the bill to bring you back.  It's not fun for anyone.
