Confidence:  It's when you know what you're doing, and other people know it.  You're comfortable in your own skin, and you don't doubt yourself.  You might not know everything or hit it off with everyone...but that's ok.  That doesn't change how you behave.  You're happy with you and that's all that counts.

Calm:  You're at work and money has gone missing.  You're at home and there's a hurricane coming in.  Your significant other is acting livid and you don't know why.  Don't let these things or anything else get you worked up.  A person who keeps a cool head is a person who can be counted to make things right and make others feel better.  Things are bad enought with the world losing it's mind.  You don't need to as well.
