this is really a  tricky point because integration depends also on the position and background of the person before the context..

The high-context culture.

High contexts can be difficult to enter as the foreigners do not carry the context information internally and close relationships cannot be created instantly.

Low contexts are relatively easy to enter as relationships are formed fairly soon. Task is more important than relationship in the sense.
