  1. The u.s. has more persuasion power

  2. NEITHER THEY BOTH ARE PUPPETS FOR THE GLOBALIST.

  3. No European prime minister is in the position of starting World War Three!

  4. There are really two answers to this question.

A European PM has the power derived from being the leader of the majority party, unless he or she is on the verge of a vote of no confidence.

However the United States is still much more powerful than any European nation, so on the strength of that alone the president has more power and has the authority to exercise executive actions which would probably result in a European government being dissolved.

In theory the European government should be more unified.  Experience has shown that doesn't always happen.

  5. The U.S. president. As we've seen over the last few years, he can violate the constitution and do all kinds of fun things. What ever happened to checks and balances? -*D*

  6. No European Prime Minister commands the might of the US Military. Even a hostile Congress can't do anything about the Marine Corps, under Presidential orders, striking anyone, anywhere in the world. Even the house of a European Prime Minister.

  7. U.S. European parliamentary system can force him or her to resign. The European system is inheritly weaker. A Prime Minister can be voted in and 9 months later a no confidence vote can kick him out to permanment  retirement
