  1. craigslist.com and viewit.ca

i found my apartment on viewit. a lot of my friends found their places on craigslist. there is tons of stuff on both of those websites.

also check out the classifieds of now magazine and the toronto star. you can find those online as well.

    good luck!!!

  2. craigslist.org for sure

    or

    http://www.places4students.com/

    http://www.therenter.ca/phpcode/web/inde...

    http://www.rentmaps.ca/rentersmx/

    http://www.apartmentcorner.com/

the internet is a GREAT resource for everything. I don't know what crazy was talking about.  I found my apartment on places4students.com   you DONT have to be a student.. it just sorts it by university area.. if you are looking for right down town, maybe search University of Toronto area..

    good luck

  3. Hahaha

    Good luck.

I'm sorry I don't know of any websites.

But the best way is too look in the newspaper rather than a website. People are still more traditional in that way about renting apartments and all that.

Maybe google the local papers there, find the main one...

I think it's the 'Toronto Star' or something.. Maybe they put listings on their website if you have no way of getting your hands on a recent copy.

  4. I would use mls.ca

MLS is mostly for people looking to buy but it also lists rentals. Simply uncheck buy and check rent. Select the parts of Toronto you are interested in and the type of rental.

MLS rentals though tend to be up-market rental properties but you did say young professional so I assume that is what you are looking for.
