1 day late, crippling back pain and cramps...?

BFN last night, I was expecting period yesterday. I can barely move today my back hurts so bad. I also have cramps like I'm going to start. Any ideas?

Well I definitely don't want to be a downer, but you might just be a day late. But I think you should retest with your morning pee that would be better and you might get the BFP that I know you want! Good luck, tell us when you get that positive!
