hey iam 17 heights I'm not exactly sure of I'm average height and i weigh 86kg i wanna lose 10kilos before october 11th please help me what are some of the best weight loss plans or detoxes or tablets i know i know tablets arnt good but i just wanna know iam desperate here seriously someone help 10 points to the best answer i have herd of the oprah detox but i cannot try the free trial because iam in australia please help me any free trials i can try so i can see what will work best for my body thank you

  3. Ok, I am trying to do the same thing as you. I probably weigh similar to you too. Make a plan, write it all down, and stick to it. My plan:

    - Each morning drink green tea with a squeeze of lemon- unsweetened.

    - Drink 8 glasses of water a day (at least).

    - I play tennis 2 times a week, and the days I don't I plan to speed walk for half an hour or more each day. (If this is boring, download a cardio exercise tape and do it in your living room. They are fun!)

    - Only have carbs for breakfast. After breakfast no sweets breads pastas rice potatoes juices/soft drinks.

    You should notice a huge change. You will be going to the toilet several times at the beginning because your body will be releasing water weight. This is a good indication that the plan is working. Also, if this is not strict enough for you, do a detox 1 day in the week where you don't eat anything solid. Just lemon juice water and teas. Try it and let me know how you go. I am starting this tomorrow.
