Question:

1 month Vizio. Christmas remote won't operate TV.

1 month Vizio. Christmas day daughter played Dance Dance Revolution on TV. That eve, remote control won't turn on/off TV. Have to manually operate. Place of purchase substituted new remote and it won't operate TV. Please advise?
