Question:

1 month rugby workout plan?

Hey everyone. I play rugby in college and starting this week, I have a month off to train before I start my full time internship. I would like to use the next month to kick my own *** into shape to play flyhalf. Any suggestions for a 1 month program with a 2 month maintain period before the season starts? My real problem is endurance... Thanks.

  1. Start running. Go to the gym.


  2. get your *** down the gym do plenty of cardio. now!!!!

  3. ive previously looked at the following websites and they look good- i just have never had the time to follow them!  good luck!

    http://www.coachingtoolbox.co.nz/toolbox...  (this one lets you pick workouts based on position, your level of conditioning and if you are off season or not) it even has pics and videos of exercises

    the www.usarugby.org site has a "fit to play" section on the left menu- some good info there - its a 6 week off season strengthening program
