  1. You ride the Victory Liner Deluxe wherein it travels at night.  If you like, do an online reservation.  And once you reach Baguio, stay in their Microtel Inn & Suites just on top of the Victory Liner Terminal.  Oh, if you wish to go on Baguio Tour, you can also make arrangements with them online.

Simply surf the internet using google and look for "Victory Liner".

Hope you will enjoy your visit here. GOD BLESS YOUR TRIP!!!!!!

  2. You should bring about 5-8k.

  3. Transient homes rates vary. It ranges PhP 8,000 to PhP 25, 000 (no joke) a month depending on location, number of rooms, furnished/unfurnished. Transient homes are really expensive IMO and some owners charge per day, not flexible in offering a discount for a month's rate. It would be ideal to contact someone you know at Baguio City to look for a transient room/home ahead. It is wise to walk around the transient places in Baguio and inquire directly to the owner/caretaker. Gen. Lim area is the most convenient place to rent a home/transient. It is near Burnham Park, downtown, Session Road, SM. There are people at the bus stops and Burnham Park advertising transient homes but as much as possible do not deal with them unless you're willing to pay a significant price (additional PhP 500 as middleman's commission) to your rent.

Transient homes at the more upscale side  of Baguio (Brentwood, John Hay) are way expensive.

Transient homes rates are  higher also during the months of December, January, and February.
