1-on-1 match: Josh Smith or Gerald Wallace?

Who would win in a pickup game up to 15? What would the score be and why?

It would be Josh Smith 15 to 10... Athletically they're the same but Josh Smith is taller and a good blocker and can shoot some three pointers too...

That's a tough matchup. Josh Smith is one of my personal favorites, but if they go 1-on-1, i think Gerald Wallace will win it 15-11. He is stronger, a better man defender and has better offense.

Gerald is better overall because Smith lacks defense. Gerald is also better because he's older and might understand basketball more efficiently.

right now josh smith wins. crash is getting better at offensively but at the cost of his once vaunted defense. josh's offense is getting better but his defense is keeping pace. while crash averages more points than smith, his defensive numbers, while still good, are not at that omg level they were at before. it might have something to do with injury but we'll see how he does this season.

personally, i think gerald is a more versatile scorer and a couple years ago his defensive numbers were quite comparable to smith's numbers now. but at this point in time the advantage goes to josh unless wallace shows us what he did earlier.
