1 percent rebate when buying a home in Las Vegas, Nv.?

I heard in the past that a 1 percent rebate for the amount of purchase for a home in Las Vegas was offered. I would like to know if the offer is still available and who to contact

I offered such a program several years ago.  At this time, the program is limited to non-foreclosure and non-short sale home searches, over $400,000 or buyers who are also selling a home with me.

With the number of short sales and bank owned homes it takes so much more time and knowledge to help buyers these days.  An experienced agent can save you much more than 1% knowing how to represent you and get you the best deal in todays market.
