Yes I am as well, go to the bottom on the page and click on "CONTACT US", fill in the blanks and let them know that you are unable to enter in the joe code word of "joel" and for what time and day, and they will eventually credit your account....it sometimes takes up to 4 or 5 days, but you should get your 5,000 bonus points.  When I went to enter the 2pm code of "mellencamp" it worked and so does the 1pm code work now.  Would you be so kind to rate my response, thank you.
