1 redlight flashes clearly red

Question

1 redlight flashes clearly red at bottom right hand side of the power ring,and 2 other dim red lights are flashing,only the 1 in the bottom right is bright though.it happened 2weeks ago but i tryed it again and it was fine.but yesterday it came back,i must of tryed it 50 times but its not responding,just the red lights
